Mandela Day means a lot to many South Africans as this celebrated throughout the country even outside of the country as Mandela was known by different countries around the world.
This day is usually cebrated by bringing solidarity to individuals and organisations especially Non-Profit Organisation that does not make any profit from government.
Masibambaneni Care Centre is one of the Non-Profit Organisation based in uMlazi, Durban KwaZulu-Natal that caters for children with disabilities, basic education and healthcare services for the childern has been targeted by the Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT) staff to celebrate this day with them.
This day brought a smile to Masibambaneni Care Centre as MUT staff donated different facilities such as kitchen stuff, food and cleaning equipment.
The centre manager of Masibamabeni Care Centre, Dudu Ngcobo-Maphalala passed the words of thanks in a letter to MUT staff, students and sponsors for the donations they have donated to the centre on Mandela Day.
